1. General information

These terms of use apply to the SIA "Baltic Marketplace" (reg. no. 40203565881, hereinafter Kliksel) website klikselserviss.lv and the services offered on it. By using our site, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

• Electronics diagnostics and repair (phones, computers, tablets, small home appliances)
• Sales of refurbished devices
• Workshops and training
• Accepting shipments for repair from anywhere in Latvia (via parcel lockers)

3. Prices and quotes

All prices and time estimates on the site are indicative. The final price and repair time are set after free diagnostics. A quote is valid for 7 days from issue unless stated otherwise.

4. Diagnostics

Initial device diagnostics are free. If the customer declines the repair after diagnostics, the device is returned free of charge.

5. Warranty

• Repair work is covered by warranty in accordance with Latvian law
• The warranty does not cover mechanical damage, liquid ingress or unauthorised repair after the service
• For refurbished devices, warranty terms are stated individually

6. Delivery and shipments

Devices can be sent for repair via parcel locker services (Omniva, DPD, etc.). Kliksel is not liable for shipment damage in transit, but we recommend using an insured shipment.

7. Limitation of liability

• Kliksel is not liable for data loss on a device during repair - we recommend making a backup before handing it in
• Website content is provided "as is"
• Kliksel reserves the right to change the scope of services and prices without prior notice

8. Intellectual property

All website content, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of Kliksel and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Changes to the terms

Kliksel reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the site.
