Bring your old or broken phone, computer, coffee machine, vacuum cleaner or other appliance. A technician on site will diagnose it and, where possible, repair it right there.

Yes, it's recommended to bring your own device. If you don't have one but want to try, you can choose from the devices available at the workshop.
Yes, devices are repaired on site at the workshops. If a particular problem can't be fixed on the spot, you can leave the device at the service. If it can no longer be repaired, recycling is also possible.
The session usually lasts up to 3 hours, but there's no strict programme. Participants can come and go whenever suits them.
